Nainy: The most interesting part is interacting with so many senior-level industry experts for different projects, helping me to expand my professional network.
Guidepoint: What has been one of your biggest accomplishments so far in your career?
Nainy: I have been able to contribute to the growth of a local start-up by helping them onboard a big corporate client.
Guidepoint: Have you ever seen something you’ve worked on reflected in the news? What was it?
Nainy: Not yet at Guidepoint, but I have written press releases for companies I have worked with in the past.
Guidepoint: Who is your biggest career inspiration whether internally at Guidepoint or externally?
Nainy: My dad has always been my biggest inspiration. He started everything from scratch and became very successful. Also, at Guidepoint, I always get to learn something new from our leader at the Mumbai Office, Jagjeet Kang Pabla. I am sure it’s not just me, she inspires a lot of people.
Guidepoint: Where do you hope your career takes you in the next 5 years?
Nainy: I love networking and I hope to be in a senior-level position where I would be critical in helping my company to grow. I want to be in a position where I can inspire and help others to grow in their careers.
